G7 Leaders Discuss Russia Sanctions, Energy

U.S. President Barack Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel say economic sanctions against Russia should only be eased with Moscow's full implementation of a shaky truce in eastern Ukraine to end fighting between pro Russian separatists and Kyiv's forces. The two leaders held their own talks before the G7 summit opened Sunday in Germany. Merkel told German public broadcaster ARD that Moscow should stay out of the G7 "community of values" over its actions in Ukraine....
