Small Skirmishes Flare in Baltimore as Police Enforce Curfew

Baltimore residents took to the streets again Tuesday after Monday's rioting over the death of 25-year-old black man Freddie Gray in police custody. Though largely peaceful, skirmishes between small groups of protesters and police flared after dark, leading to at least 10 arrests. VOA's Victoria Macchi has more from Baltimore, where authorities enforced an overnight curfew.
