Car Bomb Explodes Outside Busy Mogadishu Restaurant

Witnesses say a car bomb has exploded outside a busy restaurant in the Somali capital, Mogadishu. There was no immediate word on casualties from Tuesday's blast. The restaurant is near the Hotel Central, the scene of a deadly attack in February by militant group al-Shabab.
