Islamic State Eying al-Shabab for Would-be Caliphate

The so-called Islamic State’s presence in Africa could soon be growing again. Having gotten a pledge of allegiance from Nigeria’s Boko Haram terror group and claiming responsibility for attacks in Tunisia and Libya, Islamic State operatives could have their sights set on Somalia.
