Israeli naval forces shot and killed a Palestinian fisherman off the coast of the Gaza Strip Saturday, Palestinian health officials said. The man who was killed, identified as Tawfiq Abu Riala, was reportedly in his 30s. An Israeli military spokeswoman said the soldiers opened fire after four Palestinian boats strayed from the designated fishing zone.
