Indian Foreign Secretary Visits Pakistan After Months of Tension

India's foreign secretary is in Islamabad for a two-day visit, which India insists is part of his trip to all SAARC countries. But many observers believe the Indian official's stop in Islamabad may be enough to revive a broken dialogue between India and Pakistan. VOA’s Ayesha Tanzeem reports from Islamabad.
