The captain of a Chinese-flagged ship is facing arms-trafficking charges in Colombia after a search of his vessel uncovered weapons destined for Cuba. Authorities in the Colombian port of Cartegena detained the Dan Da Xia during a stop Saturday. They said the ship's cargo did not match the documents that the captain, Wu Hong, presented.
