Kerry Meets With Lavrov in Switzerland

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is in Switzerland where he will meet with is Russian counterpart Monday. Kerry arrived in Switzerland late Sunday ahead of talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov about the conflict in Ukraine and the shooting of Russian opposition leader Boris Nemtsov.
