Fighters Not the Only Foreigners Seeking IS

Even as countries around the world scramble to combat the flow of foreign fighters to Iraq and Syria, nongovernmental organizations are raising concerns about men and women flocking to the region without the intent of ever picking up a weapon. VOA’s Jeff Seldin has more.
