Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, condamne dans les termes les plus forts le “meurtre barbare” de l'otage japonais Kenji Goto par l'Etat islamique, a dit son porte-parole. Le Conseil de sécurité a également condamné cet assassinat.
