Captured LRA Commander Appears at ICC

A captured Lord's Resistance Army commander has made his first appearance before the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Dominic Ongwen confirmed his identity and was informed of the charges against him during a brief court session Monday. The single judge presiding set August 24 as the date for confirmation of charges hearing.
