Deadly Shelling Hits Ukraine City as Rebel Offensive Begins

Ukrainian authorities say at least 21 people died Saturday when rockets hit the key port city of Mariupol after rebels announced they were launching an offensive there. The shelling hit a market and residential buildings, wounding more than 80 people. The attack came just hours after the rebel leader in the Donetsk region said there will be no further peace talks with Kyiv.
