North Korea Internet Service Restored

North Korea emerged Tuesday from a complete Internet outage Monday lasting nearly 10 hours. The outage followed U.S. allegations Pyongyang was behind a cyberattack last month aimed at Hollywood-based Sony Pictures and reports that Washington said it was  considering a range of options in response to what U.S. President Barack Obama called a case of cybervandalism.
