Two Blasts Kill 31 in Central Nigerian City

Nigerian officials say two explosions in the central city of Jos have killed at least 31 people. The blasts Thursday evening occurred in the same market where a twin car bombing in May left at least 118 people dead. Suspicion for the latest incident is falling on militant group Boko Haram, which was blamed for the May attack.
