Russia Agrees to Build Nuclear Plants, Helicopters for India

Russia and India have signed new agreements on nuclear power and military cooperation during a visit to New Delhi by Russian President Vladimir Putin. After Putin held talks Thursday with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the two sides said Russia's state-owned Rosatom will build at least 10 nuclear reactors in India.
