Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a annoncé mardi la nomination de Lise Grande, des Etats-Unis, comme Représentante spéciale adjointe de la Mission d'assistance des Nations Unies pour l'Iraq (MANUI). Mme Grande sera également Coordonnatrice résidente des Nations Unies et Coordonnatrice humanitaire pour l'Iraq.
