Explosions, Gunfire in Kabul's Diplomatic Quarter

A large blast rocked the central district in the Afghan capital late Thursday, followed by gunfire in an area that houses many embassies and foreigners' compounds. Journalists on the scene report intermittent gunfire and say the attack appears to be ongoing.
