A Somali-American engineer who had returned to his homeland to help its fledgling government has been killed in Somalia. Abdullahi Ali Anshur, 60, was buried Wednesday after being shot by suspected al-Shabab militiamen Monday. The engineer was helping the Mogadishu government with urban planning and drainage systems.
