Ukraine on Wednesday announced it will halt government funding to its eastern regions controlled by Russian-backed separatists. Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said Wednesday the cutoff will apply as long as the territories of Donetsk and Luhansk are held by "terrorists."
