Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a condamné lundi un attentat terroriste qui a eu lieu dimanche au Pakistan, au niveau du poste frontière Wagah avec l'Inde et il a exhorté les autorités pakistanaises à s'assurer que les auteurs de l'attaque soient appréhendés et traduits en justice.
