Suicide Bomber Kills 11 at Iraqi Checkpoint

A suicide bomber has attacked the outskirts of a town that Iraqi forces and Shi'ite militiamen recaptured Sunday from Islamic State fighters. The blast Monday at a security checkpoint outside Jurf al-Sakhar killed at least 11 people and wounded 23 others.
