Rwanda to Screen US, Spanish Travelers for Ebola

The East African nation of Rwanda is ordering travelers from the United States and Spain to phone daily medical reports to health officials because of Ebola. These are the only two countries outside of Africa to report cases of the deadly disease. Anyone who was been to these two nations must report in to officials for the first 21 days of his or her stay. Rwanda is currently Ebola-free and determined to stay that way.
