20 Killed Triple Car Bomb Attack in Iraq

Security officials in Iraq say three car bombs have exploded near Baquba north of Baghdad, killing at least 20 people. Many people were wounded in the blasts Sunday near key government buildings. Elsewhere, officials say a roadside bomb has killed the police chief of troubled Anbar province.  The attack took place near Ramadi, west of the capital.
