Pirates Release Vietnamese Oil Tanker

Pirates who seized a Vietnamese oil tanker last week off the coast of Singapore have released the vessel after stealing much of the oil it was carrying. The Sunrise-689 disappeared from radar shortly after departing Singapore last Thursday and since had been the subject of a multi-nation search.
