Syrian Extradited to US on Terrorism Charges

A Syrian man accused in a plot to attack U.S. troops in Iraq has been extradited to the United States. Authorities say Ahmad Ibrahim al-Ahmad made his first courtroom appearance on Thursday in  Arizona, where he faces multiple federal charges, including the provision of material support to terrorists.
