Cambodian Political Rivals Agree to End Deadlock

Cambodia's government and opposition have reached an agreement to end the country's year-long political stalemate. The deal was announced following a five-hour meeting Tuesday between Prime Minister Hun Sen and opposition leader Sam Rainsy. The opposition Cambodian National Rescue Party says it agreed to end the standoff in exchange for a promise of political reforms.
