Ukrainian rebels refuse to abandon posts

Pro-Russian separatists in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic won't relinquish control of border checkpoints with Russia. They say they'll continue to hold their positions -- despite Kiev's demands that they hand over control as a condition of a government ceasefire.
