14 Dead in Indian Pipeline Blast

Officials in southern India say a state-owned gas pipeline has exploded, killing 14 people and injuring 15. Authorities say the blast hit a pipeline of the Gas Authority of India Limited in the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh state.
