Nigerian police say at least 21 people were killed in a powerful explosion at the crowded Banex Plaza shopping center in Abuja's Wuse 2 district shopping center on Wednesday. Police spokesman Frank Mba says the blast in the capital on Wednesday injured at least 17 other people.
