Sudan frees death penalty woman

This is Mariam Yahya Ibrahim with her husband and defence team after her release from a Sudanese jail. She's been at the centre of an international outcry after a court sentenced her to 100 lashes and execution for allegedly converting from Islam to Christianity. She married a Christian American with whom she has two children. Her lawyer says the reasons for her release are unclear but he 's welcoming the decision. (SOUNDBITE)(Arabic) MARIAM YAHYA IBRAHIM'S DEFENCE LAWYER, MOHANED MOSTAFA AL-NOUR, SAYING: "We appealed and I believe it was convincing and we're happy with the decision to release her. From this decision she is Marian Yahya Ibrahim Ishaq and her marriage to Daniel is legal and their children are legitimate unlike what was being alleged in court.
