Egypt Confirms Death Sentences for 183 Brotherhood Supporters

An Egyptian court has confirmed the death sentence for 183 Muslim Brotherhood members and supporters, including Mohamed Badie, the leader of the Islamist group - the party of ousted President Mohamed Morsi. The court had originally sentenced 683 people to death on charges stemming from the attacking a police station in Minya province last year, the same day police killed hundreds of Morsi supporters during clashes in Cairo.
