South Korea police in raid for fugitive ferry firm boss

Thousands of police in South Korea raid a religious commune in search of a businessman who's wanted over the ferry disaster in April. More than 300 people -- mostly teenagers -- died when the ferry sank in April. Yoo Byung-un is one of the founders of this Evangelical Baptist Church. He's also linked to the shipping company that operated the ferry. He's wanted on charges of embezzlement, tax evasion and negligence. Investigators found the Sewol had been overloaded with cargo and was unable to keep steady, On Wednesday, officers in riot gear surrounded the compound but members of the sect staged a sit-in to prevent anyone from getting inside. Worshippers sang hymns, as they accused police of religious persecution. Finally, after a brief standoff, sect followers allowed police to enter. Officers moved from building to building at the site but hadn't found Yoo. This is not the first time the compound has been searched but pressure is mount
