Kyrgyzstan National Pleads Not Guilty to Hampering Boston Bomb Probe

A citizen of Kyrgyzstan on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to charges of lying to federal investigators about his ties to the two ethnic Chechen men accused of carrying out the Boston Marathon bombing.
