Analysts: Obama in Bind Over Sissi Election

The sweeping victory of former Egyptian army chief Abdel Fattah el-Sissi in the presidential election is part of a continuing diplomatic dilemma for the Obama administration and its Egypt policies, analysts say.   Sissi received more than 90 percent of the vote amid allegations of foul play and little independent monitoring of the low voter turnout last week.
