One missing in Japan tanker explosion

Fire fighters scramble to contain a fire that engulfed this Japanese tanker off the coast of Himeji. The coast guard attempts to douse the billowing flames. Witnesses say they heard the Shokomaru explode around 9am in the morning. The Japanese government said one man was missing. (SOUNDBITE) (Japanese) JAPANESE CHIEF CABINET SECRETARY, YOSHIHIDE SUGA, SAYING: "Of the crew of eight people on board, seven were rescued and the person who is thought to be the captain is missing. Of the seven rescued, three have suffered serious injuries." Japanese media reported that the tanker had already unloaded its oil cargo and the crew was using grinders to remove rust on the deck of the ship.
