Pot vending machine debuts in Canada

Vending machines dispense snacks, beverages and a myriad of other products Now it seems they dole out marijuana. Canada's first pot vending machine is installed in Vancouver The B.C. Pain Society Dispensery in Vancouver offers "high-grade" medical pot sealed in half ounce bags for $50. But only society members with a doctor's form certifying they need marijuana can use the machine. Federal rules came into effect on April 1 stating that only licensed producers can grow and distribute medical marijuana Canadians have welcomed the dispenser...the only problem has been the queues. Media reports say the feedback's been incredible....it's hoped the cash-only vending machine will go nation-wide. And there are high hopes to sell pot-infused coffee next.
