One Confirmed Dead in Thailand Earthquake

Thai officials say one person was killed and 23 others injured in the 6.0-magnitude earthquake that hit the northern part of the country Monday. Officials said Tuesday an 83-year-old woman died when a wall in her home collapsed in Chiang Rai province, near the epicenter of the quake.
