Human Traffickers Abandon Hundreds of Sudanese in the Desert

Sudanese and Libyan soldiers have rescued more than 300 migrants abandoned by human smugglers in the desert near the shared border. A Sudanese military spokesman says at least nine of the migrants were dead and the survivors were hungry and thirsty.
