Singer Paul Simon and wife in court after shoving spat

Both singers faced a judge in Norwalk Superior Court after their weekend arrest by New Canaan police on disorderly conduct charges stemming from the family dispute. SOUNDBITE Paul Simon saying (English): "The both of us are fine together. Neither one of us are going to go back home today, we're going to go watch our son play baseball. We had a disagreement and it's a-typical of us. Neither one of us has any fear or any reason to feel threatened. And I don't feel like I need to be protected."
