Originally published on February 3, 2014------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Three explosions hit the Yemeni capital Sanaa late Sunday night, injuring at least two people (February 2).The first of three blasts took place in a residential area in central Sanaa when a minibus exploded near the eastern gate of the defence ministry.A car then exploded near French embassy and the home of former president Ali Abdullah Saleh in the diplomatic district of Sanaa, followed by a mortar shell that landed 30 metres away from the embassy.
