LA Clippers coach Doc Rivers told TMZ Sports his players will not be wearing anything symbolic to protest Donald Sterling 's racist comments. TMZ asked Rivers if there would be visible signs of player dissatisfaction with the Clippers owner at today's game. Rivers replied, "Naw, our protest will be our game." Rivers has been measured in his comments about the Sterling audio posted on TMZ Sports. Commissioner Adam Silver was much stronger Saturday, calling the remarks "offensive" and vowing to conduct a swift investigation. Chelsea slowed Liverpool's Premier League title charge and kept its own chances alive with a 2-0 victory against the sloppy leaders on Sunday. Demba Ba seized on Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard's slip in first-half stoppage time to make it 1-0. Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge gave the ball away in the 90th minute and Chelsea launched a quick counterattack that Willian finished off. It was Liverpool's first loss since falling at Chelsea four months ago. Maria Sharapova won her third straight Porsche Grand Prix title on Sunday by coming from behind to defeat Ana Ivanovic 3-6, 6-4, 6-1 in the final. Sharapova won her first tournament of the year and recorded the 30th title of her career. She is now undefeated in 13 consecutive matches on the indoor clay in Stuttgart. Ivanovic wasted a 3-1 lead in the second set as Sharapova raised her game to stay in the high-quality match between two former top-ranked players and French Open champions.
