South Korea's Prime Minister Offers Resignation Over Ferry Disaster

South Korea's prime minister has offered his resignation over a passenger ferry disaster earlier this month that left over 300 dead and missing. Prime Minister Chung Hong-won Sunday held himself responsible for the government's handling of the ferry tragedy. At a televised press conference in Seoul, he offered to step down.
