North Korea Says American Tourist Detained

North Korea says it detained an American tourist on April 10 for a "gross violation" of its laws. The official KCNA news agency reported that 24-year-old Miller Matthew Todd tore up his visa while entering North Korea and said he was seeking "shelter" in the country.
