Ferry tragedy captured on video

ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION Dramatic new mobile phone footage has emerged, showing passengers lying and sitting on the floor of the South Korean ferry as it sank on Wednesday (April 16). In the footage, an announcement can be heard telling the passengers to stay put. "Do not move from where you are now. Don't move because it's more dangerous if you move," the announcement says. The footage shows passengers remaining in their positions rather than evacuating the already tilted vessel. Witnesses said the announcement may have cost some 300 people their lives. The footage emerged as rescuers struggled with strong waves and murky waters in their search for hundreds of people, most of them teenagers from the same school, still missing after the ferry capsized 36 hours ago. The vessel was carrying 475 passengers and crew and was on its way from the port of Incheon to the holiday island of Jeju. Twenty five people have been found dead and
