Ukraine's interior minister says at least three people were killed and 12 wounded in a clash between national guardsmen and pro-Russian separatists outside a base in the Ukrainian town of Mariupol.The armed separatists apparently demanded the troops abandon the base. They tried to storm their way past the guardsmen who opened fire. It is unclear who are among the dead.The incident comes as the Russian and Ukrainian foreign ministers get ready for emergency talks in Geneva with U.S....
