Deputy Public Works Minister Kidnapped in Kabul

Unknown gunmen have kidnapped the Afghan deputy public works minister in the capital, Kabul, the latest in a series of high-profile abductions. Police say Ahmad Shah Wahid was pulled from his car as he was traveling to work in the Khir Khana district of northern Kabul on Tuesday morning.The motive for the kidnapping is not clear.
