Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a exprimé lundi sa consternation et sa tristesse concernant l'attaque meurtrière à la voiture piégée à proximité d'un gare routière près de la capitale nigériane, Abuja, qui a fait des dizaines de morts. Il a appelé à appréhender et traduire les auteurs en justice.
