The Queen welcomes Ireland's president to Windsor Castle

Queen Elizabeth gave a speech at a banquet held at Windsor Castle welcoming Ireland’s President Michael D. Higgins. Commenting on the relationship between the two nations, she said: “the Irish and British, are becoming good and dependable neighbours and better friends; finally shedding our inhibitions about seeing the best in each other”.
