Suite au meurtre d'un prêtre néerlandais lundi dans la ville de Homs en Syrie où il était installé depuis des décennies, le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a réitéré son appel aux parties en conflit dans ce pays d'assurer la protection des civils conformément à leur obligation juridique et morale.
