Face aux signes visibles et inquiétants des changements climatiques à travers le monde, le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a une nouvelle fois insisté jeudi à Bruxelles sur la nécessité d'un effort collectif important pour lutter contre ce phénomène et a souligné le rôle déterminant que l'Europe pouvait jouer en la matière avant qu'il ne soit trop tard.
